Delivery & Returns
How soon can I get my order?
When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 7 days once we have received notification of payment, exceptions being around the Christmas and Sale periods for which please allow 28 days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep the goods on backorder or refund you. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays - regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
We deliver to the UK and all over the world. We charge a flat fee of £3.00 for UK delivery and £10 for international delivery.
International packages can either be sent via airmail or using a courier such as UPS or DHL. The courier does depend on who offers the best quote, as they vary from country to country. We will not dispatch an order without your prior knowledge of who is delivering to you and how much it will cost.
Returns and Cancellations
We try at all times to please our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 7 days and return the goods to: Mary Mary London, Flt. 6 Wetherby House, 20-21 Wetherby Gardens, London, SW5 0JP
Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you do not use the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us. In the event of the goods being faulty however, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes.
We may send you information displaying our products; we will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all data protection legislation for the time being in force in the UK. We do not make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone outside of Mary Mary London.
